These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Drop mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the App
Drop is designed to help you capture notes quickly. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the App.
2. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to its software, designs, text, and other materials, are owned by us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. User Content
You retain all rights to the text, data, and other content you capture using Drop ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership of your User Content.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
